CATZ provides a total workout in an atmosphere of camaraderie. The workouts can be demanding but never overwhelming. The CATZ trainers are upbeat, supportive. They are also very knowledgeable about how different exercises effect different muscles. They are excellent in suggesting specific exercises for people recovering from injury.

I joined Catz about 6 months ago. I have friends that do CrossFit, etc... I didn't want something as intense and that could risk serious injury b/c of all the crazy exercises they do at CrossFit. I am very happy that I joined Catz as I have lost 18 pounds & am getting more fit w/ each week/month that passes! It's a great atmosphere and you can push yourself to whatever you can handle w/o having anyone yell at you.

I recently moved to the Pasadena area and was looking for a new place to work out (I am a former 3 varsity college athlete and runner, but do not really like gyms. I am over the top happy with my experience with CATZ. The CATZ staff is amazing! Caring, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. The workouts are HARD but that is why I like it. Also, the work outs are varied, each day the work out is different and the hour flies by.

CATZ is the best way to start your day. They provide physical fitness that is safe, smart, serious, and fun. There is no kidding yourself by wasting time on ineffectual exercises or use of dangerous equipment and incorrect form. The people are great. I am in the best shape of my life. Each class is different, always challenging, and since designed from Physical Therapy ergonomically safe and maximumly effective.
