Drew Kacena graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, additionally he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While growing up playing many sports, Drew continually became interested in training and how it can help benefit your health and performance. As his interest grew, he became serious about his own training which then led him to grow his knowledge by going to school to pursue a career in the strength and conditioning field. Throughout school and beyond, Drew has had opportunities to work with countless youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as adults looking to get in better shape. He believes all people can greatly benefit from athletic style training and makes sure to include it in all of his training regimes.
